Relais Casa del Medico is een prachtige villa in typisch Toscaanse stijl met weids, adembenemend uitzicht op de omliggende heuvels en bergen voor 10 (+2) personen.
De villa was voorheen niet verhuurd totdat de huidige eigenaren zich ervan bewust waren dat ze het plezier van een verblijf in "Casa del Medico Relais" graag zouden delen met andere gasten.
Er is een hoofdhuis, mooi ingericht, met 2 salons, een eetkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, 2 overdekte terrassen (een waar het buitengewoon is om te dineren bij zonsondergang).
Er is ook een kleiner huis (bijgebouw) dat net is gerestaureerd met 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer en een woonkamer met een goed uitgeruste keuken.
Het grote en volledig privé zwembad ligt in een bijzonder rustige omgeving.
In de perfect onderhouden tuin staan typisch Toscaanse planten zoals olijf- en cipressen, maar ook veel rozen en bloemen.
U bevindt zich midden in de mooiste streek van Toscane!
Het panorama is adembenemend en je hebt het exclusieve gebruik van een van de mooiste villa's in de omgeving.
Arezzo, Siena, het meer van Trasimeno, Cortona, Assisi, Siena, de Chianti, Montalcino ... zijn allemaal op korte afstanden te bereiken.

La maison est très agréable: spacieuse, bien entretenue et équipée, et propre. Le stock de vaisselle est particulièrement important. Il est appréciable d'y trouver beaucoup de livres et jeux de société.

De nombreux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs permettent à tous de pouvoir trouver des moments d'intimité. La vue est magnifique et la propriété est très au calme. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue, par le jardinier qui est soucieux de répondre aux besoins des vacanciers. Le jardin est très joli avec beaucoup de coins ombragés et joliment aménagés. Il y a toujours un petit vent qui permet de ne pas trop souffrir de la chaleur à l'extérieur. |

We liked all the kitchen equipment provided for a family of 10 on a two week stay.
We also loved that there were 3 exterior dining tables to choose from, to be out of sun during hot days, two of which provided excellent countryside views.

The pool was perfectly situated between the two main buildings for the 10 person family reunion. The location of the space under the huge tree by the main building was not only fantastic for a relaxing conversation but also provided a magnificent view of the countryside. And most of all we appreciated Daniel's excellent service and prompt response to our questions and needs. |

The gardner was a delight and very helpful immediately helping with an insect manifestation. He speaks no English we speak no Italian but communicating with him was charming and always effective. Do make more use of him. |

Deze prachtige luxe villa mist zelfs de meest veeleisende toerist niets.
Met veel smaak ingericht en compleet met alles, ontworpen voor privégebruik en daardoor rijk aan alles.
De slaapkamers zijn groot en comfortabel, de badkamers zijn compleet met douche en / of bad, bidet, toilet en comfortabele wastafels.
Er is geen gebrek aan talrijke open haarden (bruikbaar tijdens koude seizoenen) in zowel de woonkamers als slaapkamers.
Het privézwembad is erg groot (16 meter lang en tot 3 meter diep!) En met een adembenemend panorama.
De tuin is zeer goed onderhouden en geheel omheind: privacy gegarandeerd!
De producten van de tuin en de meest verse eieren van onze kippen worden u aangeboden afhankelijk van het seizoen en de beschikbaarheid van Moeder Natuur!
Uw honden zijn welkom: het terrein is volledig omheind en veilig.
De Villa heeft uitzicht over de hele Val di Chiana tot aan Umbrië en Monte Amiata.
Het is zeer goed gelegen, op het platteland, maar een paar minuten van restaurants en winkels en overdag kunt u de meest suggestieve plaatsen van Umbrië en Toscane bezoeken.
De eilandkeuken is werkelijk volledig uitgerust met elk accessoire en het tuinmeubilair is compleet met alles: tafels, stoelen, elektrische barbecue, stoelen, ligstoelen, parasols ...
