BestOfTuscany Historic Villa La Serra is a wonderful Tuscan stone villa, located in the olive and cypress-lined countryside of Carmignano, a charming village just a few kilometers from Artimino and not far from Florence.
It is surrounded by a 3,800 sq m garden with olive trees, lawns, and flowers.
The outdoor spaces are enhanced by an infinity pool offering a splendid panoramic view of Florence in the distance (including the Duomo's Dome and Bell Tower).
The Space
The property (480 sq m), spread over two floors and tastefully furnished, can accommodate up to 13 people in a total of 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
The ground floor consists of a spacious and bright living area, consisting of two internal rooms and a large glass-enclosed room, expertly furnished with sofas, armchairs, a fireplace, a TV, a ping pong table, and a foosball table. Next comes a formal dining room with a wooden table seating 12-14 people, and another smaller room with a wooden table, fireplace, and kitchen utensils.
There is also a professional kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.
Completing the floor is a bathroom with an entrance and two restrooms (one with a washing machine and dryer).
The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area: four double bedrooms, one twin bedroom (with joinable beds), and one triple bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed).
All bedrooms are elegantly furnished and feature ensuite bathrooms (five with showers and one with a bathtub), ceiling fans, and mosquito nets.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.
Guests have access to the entire property, including the villa and grounds, with their own private swimming pool.
The whirlpool is located within the swimming pool, which is also for the exclusive use of guests.
