Villa Marioli ist ein Agritourismus-Komplex im Herzen der Toskana: eine einzigartige Terrasse mit Blick auf die Chianti-Landschaft.
Die antiken Gebäude befinden sich in der Nähe von Montebenichi (etwa 200 Meter entfernt), einer alten Festung von Siena im Mittelalter.
Es ist ein altes Bauernhaus, Teil des Gebäudes aus dem fünfzehnten Jahrhundert und in den 90er Jahren wurde das Gebäude komplett renoviert und das Haus ist wieder lebendig.
Das Haus ist von mehreren Hektar Olivenhainen umgeben, die eine kleine Menge extra natives Olivenöl produzieren. Die Ölflaschen können direkt in der Anlage gekauft werden.
Der Komplex besteht aus fünf Wohnungen und jede Wohnung ist komplett unabhängig mit eigenem Solarium, Grill, eigenem Eingang, Parkplatz und gemeinsamen Pool und Exclusive Jacuzzi (Extra). Gratis Wi-Fi
Es ist auch sehr gut gelegen, um Tagesausflüge in die schönsten und interessantesten Gegenden der Toskana und sogar Umbriens zu beginnen.
Die Wohnung Il Solatio hat 4 + 1 + 1 Betten.
Die Wohnung ist 55 Quadratmeter groß. und hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Küche / Wohnzimmer mit einem typischen toskanischen Kamin und eine Lounge mit Sat-TV.
Externe und private Veranda / Terrasse zum Entspannen oder Essen mit exklusiven Grill.
Doppel-Solarium, eines in der Nähe der Wohnung und ein weiteres exklusives im Garten unten.
Möglichkeit von 1 oder mehr extra Betten.

Fernando runt hier een heel leuk verblijf en is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het huisje was prima in orde en vanaf je terras een prachtig uitzicht! Niet heel erg geschikt voor iemand slecht ter been. Er is een gezamenlijk, niet verwarmd zwembad.

Very nice cottage with terrace. There is nothing nearby but close to the complex there is a restaurant and a pizzeria where you can eat very well. The complex has a shareware pool.

Fernando was really helpful in providing tips about itineraries and restaurants in the area. He could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We arrived later than expected, hungry and tired from our drive and he helped us order pizzas.

We visited Montebenichi in October 17. Myself, my boyfriend and my Mam and dad stayed in this amazing property. The location is super. The views, the peacefulness and the accommodation are superb. We got a a true experience of Tuscany. Fernando is a mehr anzeigen
We visited Montebenichi in October 17. Myself, my boyfriend and my Mam and dad stayed in this amazing property. The location is super. The views, the peacefulness and the accommodation are superb. We got a a true experience of Tuscany. Fernando is a fantastic host. We had issues with our car and arrived much later than we expected, This was not an issue for Fernando. He is a gentleman. My mam being a true Irish Mammy needed her cup of tea before bed. As it was late all shops were closed. Fernando called up to his friend who runs a restaurant in the local village for milk for my Mam... we also got some lovely Italian bread sent down to us. (The restaurant is well worth a visit ... the food is delicious!!) Whether you a looking for somewhere to relax with views of the Tuscan hillsneed a base to travel around Tuscany... this is the perfect spot!! We will be back!!
